Goldenrod oxymel is wonderful for cough and cold season, with its antihistamine/decongestant properties.

In addition to its actions as anti-histaminic, aromatic bitter, expectorant, anticatarrhal, and anti-inflammatory, goldenrod also lends its support to imbalances of the urinary system via its diuretic, antilithic, and anti-inflammatory qualities specific to the urinary tract. Ingredients: fresh, in season goldenrod wildcrafted and infused into ACV with added raw honey. 5oz.

Take a spoonful as needed, or use in place of vinegar in recipes.
