Fresh Milky Oats

Milky oats are the potent, unripe pod of the oat plant, harvested just before its peak when exuding the milky substance. Extracted in alcohol or vinegar, it can be taken all year long.

Historical uses include memory and cognition benefits, reducing anxiety and depression, and anti inflammatory effects. Lion’s mane mushrooms are also very nutritious and are rich in vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin. It’s also a good source of essential minerals such as manganese, zinc, and potassium.
